A prestigious international Bank is seeking a dynamic new addition to its Real Estate team.

Your duties will include:

* Developing new business (primary & secondary deals)

* Developing/maintaining business relationships with existing & prospective clients/counterparties

* Credit analysis – preparing proposals

* Monitoring business portfolio

* Leading transactions to deal completion

Your experience must include:

* Extensive proven and relevant experience in credit and loan documentation gained within banking covering a real estate portfolio

* Strong credit analysis skills

* Fluency in Chinese language is ESSENTIAL

* Excellent communication skills both written and oral

* Degree educated
