Hours:

The business is open from 08.00-17.30 Monday to Friday and 09.00-12.00 on a Saturday. You will be required to work one in four Saturday’s mornings.

£28000 - £30000pa

This is an exciting opportunity for a vibrant, dynamic individual who has the ability to multi-task and work in a busy team environment. You must be IT confident, have exceptional communication skills, be welcoming, friendly and thrive in fast paced work environment.

Personality and attitude are very important to our client!

Job role includes the following.

* Meeting and greeting customers, suppliers, assessors and other third parties.

* Entering new information onto the management system and contacting customers to coordinate various appointment.

* Managing all incoming phone calls and directing them to the right department.

* Managing email traffic that comes into the generic email address, making sure it is directed to the right person and or department.

* General administration

* Liaising between customers, other departments and third parties to ensure efficiency

* Be willing to multi task and willing to help out colleagues when workload’s dictate that it is necessary.

* Upselling
