A client of ours in the Chelmsford area are recruiting a Customer Support Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time position working Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (37.5 hours). Paying £25,000 - £27,000 per annum depending on experience.

Key Duties include but are not limited to:

Dealing with all inbound tickets, responding within agreed timescales
Processing all Customer RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) requests
Processing all VRA (Vendor Return Authorisation) requests with Manufacturers/Suppliers
Forward customer requests to the correct departments
Ensuring all inboxes are maintained
Build customer and supplier relationships
Escalating any potential issues to manager/ relative department for guidance
Negotiating returns with suppliers/manufacturers
Managing customer service inbox and ticketing systems
Processing Customer details on various customer portals
Processing customer orders as required
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Customer Support Administrator position:

Good interpersonal skills and the ability to form good working relationships with people.
Experience in using an internal ERP system to process tickets desirable
Excellent communication skills
Experience within a call centre and customer service role essential
Ability to take initiative and to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail
