Our client are a regulated, niche employment law service with a very different offering to the traditional law firms or large employment consultancies. They are now looking for an Employment Lawyer / Senior Employment Lawyer to join their team - this role is remote working with team meet ups every 6 weeks
This role is part-time - 3-4 days per week
Our client act almost like an in-house employment law and ER service, providing commercially focused employment law and employee relations advice along with tribunal representation, investigations, training, diversity & inclusion and e-learning solutions. The differentiator as a 'Senior’ Employment Lawyer is not one of hierachy or status, it is having greater responsibility and the accountability for key account management, business development and complex tribunal cases.
If this all sounds like you then we can offer a great range of benefits, including Private Healthcare, Critical Illness Cover, Life Assurance, Medical Cashplan, Birthday off, plus Volunteering Days and access to shopping discounts.
