Based in the North West of England, we’re growing fast, and we need a skilled Site Supervisor to help us deliver high-quality projects. The Role:
As their new Site Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our projects run smoothly from start to finish. Your role will be vital in overseeing the day-to-day on-site activities, making sure everything stays on track, from managing materials to coordinating teams. You’ll be part of a tight-knit group that’s dedicated to delivering excellence in facade and cladding projects.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Leading the Team: You’ll organize and supervise operations on-site, working closely with the Branch Manager to keep everything on schedule.
* Making Sure We're Ready: You’ll order the materials and services needed to get the job done, ensuring that timelines are met and that every project is set up for success.
* Safety First: You’ll prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) and make sure all work is carried out safely, following our strict standards.
* Quality Control: You’ll ensure that the Quality Plan is in place and that records are kept, so we maintain the high standards we’re known for.
* Keeping Everyone Informed: You’ll attend coordination and safety meetings, providing updates and making sure any challenges are addressed quickly.
* Reporting and Admin: You’ll prepare weekly reports and manage the weekly wages, making sure everything is accurate and ready for approval.
What We're Looking For:
* Industry Knowledge: You’ve got solid experience in the flat roofing industry, and any knowledge of facade and cladding works is a huge plus.
* Leadership Skills: You’re confident in managing a team and leading by example on-site.
* Qualified: You hold an SMSTS qualification, and ideally, you either have or are working towards a CSCS Black Card.
* Problem Solver: You can think on your feet and aren’t afraid to tackle challenges head-on.
