Job Description
As a full stack developer in our technology team, you will develop and deliver solutions that allow our agency teams to win in a competitive marketplace.
The full stack developer will manage the design, development, implementation, and ongoing support of .NET applications. You will be comprised of both .NET development using C#, web development and database development. The software engineer’s responsibilities will be to design and develop these applications, and to coordinate with the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Also, background in the following areas will improve your ability to hit the ground running:
Cloud infrastructure and data processing technologies.
Experience with media business.
This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.
You will report to Senior Vice President, Data Engineering.
Responsibilities
Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
Design, and maintain APIs and microservices using C# and .NET technologies.
Integrate with 3rd party APIs for data consumption.
Work with data storage solutions such as MSSQL Server, MongoDB, AWS Redshift
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Improve and scale backend systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Conduct code reviews and collaborate with team members.
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and create solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while following best practices.
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inspire creativity.
Required Skills:
Experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on C# and .NET.
Experience with RESTful API’s and knowledge of API design and management.
Knowledge of multiple AWS services like API Gateway, ECS, Lambda, ElasticCache
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
Understanding of SQL and MPP data warehouse technologies like Amazon Redshift.
Knowledge of Entity Framework/Dapper, OWIN, IoC, WebAPI required.
Knowledge of design patterns.
Experience working with Agile Scrum teams and tools like JIRA.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, TeamCity.
