Full Time Contract (3 Months)

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a HR Assistant in Lambeth. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.

The job:

To deliver operational excellence across a range of HR processes including HR Advisory, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Contracts and Systems and Learning and Development
Responds to customer demand on the HR Function, supporting casework, recruitment, workforce reporting, systems support, learning and / or organisation development
Uses HR systems and databases appropriately to record all work actions, ensuring accurate information is stored in line with information and record management policies
Drives a culture of continuous improvement through the HR Function by identifying opportunities to make changes to ways of workingThe candidate:

Experience working in a HR capacity is essential
Experience working in a HR capacity in a local government setting is desirable
