Role Responsibilities:

Develop visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including marketing materials, websites, brochures, and social media content.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure branding consistency and creative alignment with business goals.
Take ownership of the creative process from concept to final production, maintaining high standards of quality and brand representation.
Work on a variety of design projects, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to campaigns and projects.
Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and software to continuously improve output and innovation.
Ensure that all designs meet technical and aesthetic standards across different platforms (e.g., web, print).
Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring all deliverables are polished and professional.Ideal Candidate Will:

Have a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design skills and creativity.
Be proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and web design software.
Be able to work both independently and as part of a team, handling multiple projects with ease.
Be proactive, open to feedback, and adaptable to evolving project needs.
Have excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design ideas clearly.

This position is 12-month maternity cover, that has potential to turn into a permanent position for the right candidate
