We have a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Resident Liaison Officer to join a new team in Orpington working a very well establish and highly reputable client who offers their services to hundreds of thousands of properties across the UK.

As Resident Liaison Officer, your main focus will be to support this clients property management services in the delivery of their RETRO FIT Projects - which will include the installation of Solar panels, loft insulation, roofing , heat pump and ground pumps to properties in and around the Orpington area.

As Permanent Resident Liaison Officer overall aim is to deliver the works in a timely manner to a high standard and to meet the client’s expectation. You will be assisting to deliver the works following the specification and maintaining best value.

To be successful in this role it vital you have the following experience:

* Strictly experience in retro fit

* Experience in a Resident Liaison Officer role

* Outstanding Customer Service skills

* Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

* Excellent Interpersonal skills

* Computer literate – with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems in a timely manner

* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

* Minimum English and Maths GCSE Grade C (or equivalent)

As Resident Liaison Officer you will rewarded with a Competitive of £30- 40k per annum plus company car or Car Allowance, and good package available. Hours of work are standard Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 17.00pm - The location for the main part of this role is based in Orpington.
