Talent Guardian is excited to be working with a dynamic and forward-thinking company in search of a motivated and experienced Head of Servicing to join their Mortgage Servicing team. This is an incredible opportunity for a driven leader to take the reins, overseeing the day-to-day operations while ensuring exceptional service and compliance with industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in mortgage servicing, strong leadership skills, and a passion for improving processes to provide the best support possible to customers.

What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience in loan servicing, with comprehensive knowledge of mortgage processes and arrears management.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members.
Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with teams, senior management, and customers.
A proactive mindset, always looking for opportunities to streamline operations and enhance performance.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a focus on adapting to change. Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of customer servicing specialists to meet team objectives and deliver excellent service.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, including brokers and solicitors.
Oversee the performance metrics and KPIs of the team, ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Stay updated on regulatory changes, market trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and innovation within the team.
Identify and implement process improvements, streamlining workflows to enhance efficiency.
Assist customers with inquiries related to mortgage payments, loan modifications, and account balances.
Collaborate with finance, compliance, and underwriting teams to resolve complex customer issues and non-standard transactions. Benefits:
