Man the front-of-house Reception desk.
Serve as the main point of contact for residents, guests, and tradespersons.
Ensure the security of residents and the development.
Conduct security and health & safety patrols.
Monitor access-control, CCTV, and security systems.
Manage secure Key and Key-FOB systems.
Implement and monitor Health & Safety and Fire Regulations.
Handle deliveries, mail, and parcels.
Manage bin-room waste and recycling.
Complete 'Incident Reports' for swift evaluation and action.
Report and facilitate the repair of defective equipment.
Undertake monthly meter readings and report findings accurately.Skills and Experience Required:

Strong customer service skills with a professional and courteous demeanour.
Experience in a similar role within a high-end residential or hospitality environment.
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in using security systems and access control.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
