I am currently working with an Independent School who are looking for an Estates Manager to join their team. Situated in South East England near Surrey on a stunning 33-acre site, with excellent transport links into London.
This Unique school are passionate about their values and ethos. You will be key in the delivery of providing an exceptionally well-maintained estate. You will be reporting to the schools Bursar who you will work closely with, whilst also overseeing and supporting your own team of 5. Made up of 4 caretakers and 1 grounds person, ensuring effective communication within the team.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all facilities management services of the school estate. Overseeing all health & safety, security, contacts, projects and general upkeep & maintenance of the school and grounds.
