Senior Employee Relations Case Advisor

Source Recruit is offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Employee Relations Case Advisor to join our public sector client on a 3-month contract for an NHS organisation in Croydon. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a level 5 CIPD qualification and experience of the NHS Agenda for Change (AFC) job evaluation process.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Employee Relations Case Advisor, you will play an integral role in delivering a comprehensive, high quality and pro-active educational and operational employee relations advisory and support service to managers and staff within the Trust.

Requirements:

Necessary:

* Experience in employee relations and specifically in managing sickness absence case (long term and short term) up to hearing stage.

* Experience in handling a variety of complex and sensitive cases which will involve redeployment and ill health retirement.

* Experience with dealing with flexible working applications and other ER cases to support the ER Advisors as well as deal with providing general HR advice to managers and staff on AfC term and conditions.
