Location: South Croydon
Pay: £83.33 to £85 per day PAYE

Position Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to join their fantastic team. The role involves supporting children with Autism and Learning Difficulties, helping them to achieve their full potential in a nurturing and structured setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the educational and social development of students.
Provide support to individual students in the classroom to facilitate their participation in activities.
Help manage classroom behaviour and support students' emotional well-being.
Work closely with teachers to create and implement individualized learning plans.
Support students during classroom activities, on trips, and during break times.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
8:30 AM to 3:30 PM
Requirements:
Experience working with children with Autism and Learning Difficulties is preferred.
A patient, empathetic, and understanding approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
