Multi-Skilled Plasterer Needed in Salford

Job Description: As a Multi-Skilled Plasterer, you will play a pivotal role in fit-out, refurbishment, general maintenance, and repair projects. Tasks will range from 1st fixed stud walling to installing kitchens, bathrooms, and more.

Immediate start, Temp to Perm Position, Rate £20 p/h CIS

Key Requirements:

Previous experience in social housing
Residency in close proximity to our business operations.
NVQ certification is preferable.
Possession of a valid driving license with less than 6 penalty points.
Strong communication skills
Competency in basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, and other related maintenance tasks.Responsibilities:

Undertake various joinery tasks including fitting doors, windows, kitchens, and flooring.
Carry out basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, groundworks and other general maintenance duties.
Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks within given deadlines.
