On behalf of our client, a leading fit-out firm based in London with a turnover of £10m, we are seeking an experienced Estimator / Pre-Construction Manager. This company specialises in Design & Build (D&B) fit-out projects and is renowned for delivering high-quality solutions across various sectors.

Role Overview: The successful candidate will be integral to managing and estimating projects from concept through to completion. This role involves preparing detailed cost estimates, overseeing the pre-construction phase, and ensuring timely and budget-compliant project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for D&B fit-out projects.
Manage the pre-construction phase, including coordination with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.
Analyse and interpret project plans and specifications.
Conduct site visits and feasibility studies.
Prepare and present comprehensive proposals and reports.
Monitor project budgets and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience as an Estimator / Pre-Construction Manager within a fit-out firm, with specific experience in D&B projects.
Strong knowledge of cost estimation, project management, and construction processes.
Excellent analytic, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects effectively.
Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
