Office Manager - Cambridge

Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 (depending on experience) + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the office supplies and ensure their stock is replenished
Welcome clients and guests with a warm and professional manner
Coordinate and schedule meetings for managers and other team members
Collaborate with third party suppliers and carry out minor cleaning duties
Communicate effectively with various team members and handle any related policies

Requirements:

Excellent IT skills, particularly in the Microsoft Office suite
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently while also contributing ideas to the team
Proven organisational and time management abilities
