We are working with a leading FM provider on their Justice contract. We are seeking an experienced FM project manager with government, healthcare or justice experience.

The Role:

Review and sense check scope, solution delivery challenges, support scope development to best achieve client goals.
Control works and contractors, ensuring best practice Health and Safety. Making sure the project meets
budget and time constraints.
Manage risks, set out any identifiable risks, share with management team and allocate appropriate Risk
owners.
Ensure works meet all legal and compliance standards.
Support the FM Team in a professional manner, aiding decision making, cost management and governance.About You:

First class project management capabilities able to showcase a track record of delivering to client's expectations.
Proven record of delivering construction a redevelopment projects (small works)
Proven experience in successfully managing multiple subcontractors.
Expertise in developing a performance culture.
Advanced communication skills adept at interfacing with multiple stakeholders both internal and external.
Strong knowledge of CDM 15.
Excellent knowledge of NEC and commercially astute.
