Conrad Consulting are delighted to be supporting a growing, independent construction consultancy in their search for a talented Building Surveyor to be based in their Leeds office. The successful candidate will get the opportunity to work on a range of projects across from the Residential, Education, Industrial, Commercial, Retail and Healthcare sectors.

Requirements of the Building Surveyor:

BSc (Hons) Building Surveying degree
2+ year's construction consultancy experience is essential for this role
Working towards RICS chartership and a desire to achieve in the future
Good communication skills
Enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

On offer for the Building Surveyor:

A starting salary of between £30,000 and £35,000 depending on experience
25 days annual leave with the option to buy and sell holidays
