Essential Functions:
Hold Brothers is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Recruiting Manager to join our team. As the Recruiting Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, source and screen candidates, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and understand job requirements
Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events
Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit
Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback, and making recommendations for hiring decisions
Negotiate job offers and onboard new hires
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Manage and mentor junior recruiter(s)
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the financial services industry
Proven track record of successfully filling positions across different levels and functions
Strong sourcing and networking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
Benefits

Salary target between $120,000 - $145,000
