Here you’ll be working in a modern machine shop on a 2 shift system of early shift and late shift. You’ll be working from detailed engineering drawings programming, setting and operating CNC Machines. We’re offering a very competitive rate from £19.40 up to £22.80ph including the shift allowance.

We require Millers and Turners. Millers will be working on Haas, Hurco or Mazak CNC Milling Machines. Turners will be working on either Mazak or Doosan Puma (FANUC) Lathes.

Early shift – 6am to 2pm with a 12.00 finish on Friday.

Late shift – 2pm to 11.25 Mon-Thu

About you:

You’ll be a time served engineer with experience as a CNC Machinist ideally within the aerospace, defence or Oil & Gas machining sectors. You’ll be capable of working from engineering drawings and have programming experience using either Mazak, Hurco, FANUC or Haas controls.

You’ll also have a few years experience working in a sub contract precision engineering environment producing high quality work for sectors such as aerospace or Oil & Gas.
