They have ambitious plans to double this to £5m within the next five years. The consultancy works across both private and public sectors with a diverse range of clients, including developers, pension funds, property managers, the MOD, Government Property Agency, Home Office, and retail companies.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling both project and professional work, with a balanced mix of private and public sector engagements. Since Business Development is handled by a separate team, this position is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering projects and professional services.
