* Compliant with all health and safety requirements and adhere to best working practices

* Undertake various tasks including general maintenance, installation, decoration, and basic plumbing

What you'll need to succeed

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships

* Carpentry, painting, changing doors and locks, gardening, tiling

* A trade qualification would be beneficial
