Role Overview:
As an Education Recruitment Consultant at Link Education Ltd, you will be crucial in bridging the gap between schools and educators, ensuring a high-quality education experience for pupils. You will manage the recruitment process end-to-end, including short-term and long-term assignments as well as permanent placements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop new business through proactive sales, networking, and marketing strategies.
* Organise interviews and provide candidates with necessary information.
* Build and sustain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
* Source candidates using job boards, social media platforms, and other methods.
* Advertise vacancies effectively to attract qualified and suitable candidates.
Requirements:
* Background in sales and recruitment (transferable skills are highly valued).
* Confidence in establishing and maintaining long-term relationships.
* A proactive and positive mindset: honest, flexible, determined, and goal-oriented.
* Enthusiasm for recruitment with excellent business development skills, ambition, and a strong desire to succeed.
