About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Education Recruitment Consultant to join our Primary Division in a 360 role. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle-from sourcing and attracting candidates to developing and maintaining relationships with schools. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

Build and maintain relationships with schools, understanding their staffing needs.
Source and attract talented candidates, including teachers, TAs, and support staff.
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish (360 role), including interviewing, placement, and follow-up.
Work to achieve targets with excellent earning potential through uncapped commission.
Provide exceptional customer service to both schools and candidates.
Stay informed about developments in the education sector to offer expert advice.What We're Looking For:

Experience in sales or recruitment is preferred, but not required (education recruitment experience is a bonus!)
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Proactive and target-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
