Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office tasks, coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, and assisting with various administrative duties to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize office files, records, and documents.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
Support team members with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
Provide general administrative support, including data entry and filing.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
