Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Attend to new admissions and assess for medical stability.

Assessment and Treatment with sick clients.

Work closely with members of the nursing team.

Participate as a member of the interdisciplinary teams with members of clients' families and other professionals to facilitate meeting the identified goals for clients.

Attend and participate in required staff meetings and trainings.

Make appropriate filings with the nursing board. 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Excellent oral and written communication.

Sensitivity to cultural diversity and differences.

Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people from various socio-economic and educational backgrounds.

Ability to assess and provide treatment in a variety of settings.

Ability to complete job responsibilities autonomously without daily oversight.

True team player, not afraid of technology.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

Masters Degree

5 years of practice with a Collaborating Physician.

At least 1 year experience as a provider

Licensed in the State as an APRN & Board Certified in Family Medicine

Experience working with Adolscents & Young Adults
