Responsibilities:

The Senior Financial Analyst will provide operational finance functions in support of the CEO, CFO, and Field Management including, but not limited to, running the operating review process, preparation of all KPI and operating reports, preparation and management of all operations budgets, and performing financial analysis as needed.

Essential Duties:

Analyze monthly and quarterly results regarding facility performance vs budget, forecast, and prior periods; provide thoughtful insight and recommendations on the business’ trajectory.

Drive decision making using analytics (e.g., contribution margin and other ad hoc requests) to support initiatives of the Financial Operations and Operations team.

Generate standard monthly operating/financial reports and actively participate on monthly review calls with Senior Management and Operations team.

Assemble presentations for monthly and quarterly board meetings.

Build financial models and projections.

Collaborate with Senior Manager of Finance and Vice President of Finance to lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes and assist in presentation to senior leadership.

Communicate effectively and engage with senior leadership of various external stakeholders to drive efficient processes that deliver optimum results.

Engage and collaborate, frequently, with senior leadership in supporting implementation of key initiatives to improve financial performance.

Qualifications:

A minimum of five (5) years’ experience working in finance and/or accounting.

Previous experience in multi-site service operational finance & budgeting processes preferred.

Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics & Prophix preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA, CMA, and/or CPA preferred.

Strong analytical, financial modeling and accounting knowledge required.

Proven track record of influencing/leading peers and business partners and interacting with Senior Management required.

Strong communication, project management, presentation, and framing skills required.

Ability to make independent decisions and manage simultaneous deadlines required.

Proficiency with MS Excel required.

Understanding of accounting principles and familiarity with financial statements/reporting required.
