HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Job Summary:
Provide direct administrative support to the General Surgery Residency Program Coordinator and Program Director as needed.
Performs routine administrative support for the department.
Duties involve, but are not limited to, disseminating information maintaining filing systems; creating databases as well as the input and merging of data.
Specialty Responsibilities include: Schedule residency conferences
Ensure appropriate paperwork for each conference is prepared (sign-in sheets, CME credit, etc.)
Manage calendar for conference room
Assist with monitoring completion of resident and faculty evaluations in New Innovations
Assist in publishing quarterly and monthly reports in New Innovations
Maintain attendance and payroll records for faculty participation in educational and recruiting activities
Other program support as needed.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY:
Required Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred Education:
Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience:
Three (3) years of job-related experience
Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Ability to type 55 words per minute (wpm)
Microsoft Office Suite
Required Certification/License/Registry:
