Overview:
Summary Statement:
The Analytics Manager is responsible for overseeing the collection and interpretation of data. This position will work closely with the Director of Business Intelligence to deliver data-driven insights.
Job Duties:
Primary Job Duties: Includes but is not limited to:
Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, requirements, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams, facilitating an understanding of business needs and technical constraints.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress and measure success. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.
Perform other job-related duties as requested.
Qualifications:
Qualifications: Includes but is not limited to:
Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into SQL queries.
Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools.
General knowledge of data warehousing principles.
Experience with data wrangling.
Preferred:
Prior supervisory/management experience in a finance setting.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.
Minimum Education and Experience:
At least 21 years of age.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience working in a Financial Analysis environment.
Certificates, Licenses, Regulations:
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Ability to obtain the following:Gaming Registration required
