Responsibilities:
Inventory Manager you will sort and manage inventory by having a clear understand of store and customer needs. Buying decisions will be based on product selection, price-points, and inventory levels. You will place weekly fill in orders, future orders and manage special orders. Buyers/Inventory Managers are responsible for ensuring core products and sizes/quantity are always available. You will lead training and product education sessions for staff, and communicate drop dates, selling points, store performance, product launches and sales numbers.
Qualifications:
2+ years retail and/or marketing experience required and management experience preferred (if managing employees)
Fosters growth of others through recognition, coaching and development opportunities
Promotes individual and team performance by setting expectations, delegating and by providing tools and resources
Assists with making business decisions, always putting staff and customers first
Builds and maintains trust from staff, customers and the community by using sound judgment
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and deadline driven

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lead and direct others

The position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access files, office equipment, etc. The position is mostly sedentary and requires the employee to have close visual acuity to perform job requirements. The position requires frequent communication with team members and repetitive motion with the hands, wrists and/or fingers while constantly utilizing a computer. This position is located within an office environment and is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
