How you'll make an impact:

We are hiring for an Financial Operations/Accounts Receivable Manager to join our Gallagher Bassett Team!

This role develops and implements policies and procedures and anticipates and provides solutions to most complex finance and accounting problems.

Professional Leadership:Strong, proven ability to grow and develop team

Ownership, urgency, accuracy, timeliness and a process improvement mindset

Strong, proven process improvement skills

Strong analytical skills

Strong Excel skills:Ability to work with large data sets

Ability to utilize functions/formulas and other Excel mechanisms to build new and understand existing processes

Communication skills:Ability to interact with clients, producers, account managers, external vendors (i.e., banks, payment processors) and senior leadership throughout Gallagher Bassett

Ability to interact with teams across Finance to ensure adherence to timeliness and quality standards

Ability to interact with our Gallagher Center of Excellence team to ensure adherence to timeliness and quality standards

Strong written communication skills

Proven presentation skills

About you:

Required:

Bachelor's degree and 7 years related experience required.

Preferred:

Good working knowledge of the insurance brokerage business.

Strong PC and Microsoft application skills.

Insurance or TPA (Third Party Administrator) background helpful

Understanding of banking processes helpful

Behaviors:
