Role Summary:

The Product Development and Sourcing Intern will support the daily operational functions of the Product Development and Sourcing teams in all aspects of product development. You will follow the collections from inception until the style is approved or dropped. You will maintain key cross functional relationships with internal partners: design, buying and production.

The URBN 2025 Summer Internship Program will run from 6/2 through 8/9 at our Home Office in Philadelphia, PA.  

Summer Internship Program Application Process:

    

Apply to one (1) internship posting that best suits your interest & skills.  If there is a project component in the application (see below within role qualifications), it is required that you submit this to be considered for a position.  This is due at the time of your application submission.

  

Complete Video Interview: Candidates selected will receive an email with a link to complete a video Interview. You will have 2 days to complete this portion of the application once the email is received.   

  

Interviews will be scheduled with our internal teams, continuing on a rolling basis.    

  

Applications will close at 5:00pm EST on November 4th 2024. 

Role Responsibilities:

Aid in analyzing design/development line plans & report workflow needs

Coordinate, assign, and schedule appropriate meetings, according to development calendar.

Assist with sample and fabric organization/management

Help maintain department calendar & communications

Professionally communicate via email and in person, design, production and buying team members.

Role Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Outlook, Powerpoint, and Excel Skills required.

Ability to prioritize projects and multiple tasks. manage time effectively

Strong relationship and communication skills

Attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills.
