As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for working closely with the Strategic Account Sales Team and clients, both existing and potential, to meet their needs and provide excellent customer service. The Implementation Specialist position coordinates the activities between the Sales and Customer Service Departments and provides reporting and tracking of new account installations. To succeed in this role, you should be highly organized and able to perform multiple tasks for different teams/clients at the same time.

Responsibilities:

Manage Key Strategic Account and Global Account implementations.

Ensure large implementations are accurate, timely, and complete.

Works with Customer Ops Director on tracking, monitoring, and reporting the progress of large strategic account implementation.

Manage and resolve client issues during or after large implementation.

Primary point of contact for installations and sales for current and new clients

Provide implementation support to Strategic Account Sales Executives

Manage customer accounts, follow up with customers for administrative purposes, and provides troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems.

Collaborate with KFS Specialist to ensure all new eligible devices are promptly activated on KFS.

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field

2+ years’ experience in customer service, project management, account management, or related field

Proficiency in MS office and strong computer skills

Excellent time management skills

Must be detailed-oriented.

Must have excellent communication skills and positive attitude when collaborating with customers.

Works well with others in team-oriented environment

Proficiency with the English language is required.

Ability to interact with all levels of management.

Physical requirements: sitting and working with computer, bending, filing, and light lifting.

Preferred:

5 Years Experience within the office product industry.
