In order to continue our growth, we are seeking someone for an Implementation Specialist! The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a portion of our clients’ Filevine implementations. In collaboration with the client and Neostella team members, you will design and build project templates that will drive the client’s operational processes. You will spend most of each day working directly with clients and other team members exhibiting your solution-finding, communication, and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for Neostella with each assigned client.

Build and maintain the client’s trust through demonstrated expertise, communication, and a solutions mindset.

Lead each assigned client’s design portion of their implementation and product integrations.

Facilitate client meetings including design, workflow, and review sessions.

Coordinate, direct, and collaborate with supporting team members.

Requirements

Quickly understand unfamiliar systems to draw parallels to Filevine

Superb English language oral and written communication skills

You enjoy being on calls and solving problems in real time

Ability to effectively direct meetings with multiple stakeholders

Ability to navigate working in 10+ simultaneous client implementations

Collaboration & delegation

Experience implementing or using Filevine in a firm is preferred

Experience in an administrative role in a law firm or legal department is preferred

Software implementation is preferred

Certified Filevine Admin is preferred
