Nova operates nearly 70 occupational medicine facilities across Georgia, Indiana, Tennessee, Texas, and Wisconsin.
Although we are a large company, we have not forgotten our roots. We are a family run business that focuses on providing top notch training and support throughout the sales professional career. Our average tenure for a sales professional in our organization is 7 years and our management team’s tenure are 10 years plus. Through NMC’s proprietary sales platforms our sales professionals have real-time feedback on how they are progressing through the sales cycle. We pride ourselves on providing the highest training standard, managerial support and transparency ensuring the highest level of success for our sales professionals.
