Overview:
Radiologic Technologist - Main Campus, LOSC & BHP
The Radiologic Technologist is responsible for scheduling and performing imaging throughout the sections on main campus, and including the BHP and LOSC. Radiologic Technologist will perform imaging to include Fluoroscopy, Bone Density, Portables and OR.
Schedule: (Full-Time, Benefits Eligible)
- Monday thru Friday dayshift
- 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Vacation, call, and weekend rotations responsibiliies required

Responsibilities:
Operates varied imaging equipment within general radiology and fluoroscopy; programing and adjusting equipment for accurate imaging
Performs imaging at the LOSC, Behavioral Health Pavilion, OR and portable imaging in various sections of the hospital to include the ED and inpatient units.
Reviews, sends and verifies images sent to PACS for Radiologist interpretation. Consults with Radiologist for additional and/or special imaging protocol.
Identifies, prepares and administers contrast under the direct supervision of a licensed practitioner and documents information on the MAR
Knowledge to modify orders to reflect appropriate procedure based on clinical questions, symptoms and patient history per protocols
Assists in the orientation and training of new employees and students. Provides guidance and support in student education
Maintains knowledge of current applications in Radiology and complies with regulatory guidelines and policies.
Qualifications:
KNOWLEDGE , SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Education:
Must be a graduate of an accredited educational program for Radiologic Technology.
Licensure:
ARRT License required
Current ODH License required
Certifications:
Current CPR Certification, required
Experience:
1-year clinical experience, preferred
Skills:
High level of communication and organizational skills
