We are looking for an individual who is able to grow and maintain a customer base, has a successful record training others, and a strong customer service focus to join our team as SALES MANAGER.

Responsibilities:

Prospect for new business using innovative techniques along with cold calling

Grow customer sales base in residential and commercial markets

Maintain and expand existing commercial business base

Ensure monthly and annual sales quotas are achieved

Coach and develop sales & service team using hands on training methods

Monitor and review performance standards weekly with sales & service teams

Requirements:
