Earn between $90,000 to $125,000+ per year - base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses

What You'll Do:

Be the face of FHIA Remodeling as an outside marketing team leader in our canvassing campaigns

Be a self-starter and entrepreneurial-minded

Learn our products and services to deliver a best in class experience for both our customers and team members

Train, coach, mentor and inspire multiple employees, identify challenges, and develop solutions

Lead by example, spending time both in the office and the field as needed to train and ensure quality control

Create and implement promotional contests that increase lead production and boost morale

Interview and recruit potential candidates to grow the team

What You'll Bring: 

Team leadership experience: D2D, B2C, door to door/canvassing for industries to include roofing and windows, solar sales, security systems, internet, HVAC, home services, etc

2 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in canvassing management

Self-management skills and ability to coach and mentor others

Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline

Resourceful problem-solving skills

Advanced verbal, written and interpersonal skills

Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
