Echo360 is seeking freelance technical support for onsite live events June – August 2024 utilizing PointSolutions (Turning Point) audience response technology.  Support to including deck creation, hardware set up, troubleshooting, report running, keypad distribution and pick up, customer service, and pre-event site visits as/if necessary.

While geographic location is not a strict requirement, the ideal candidate will be in proximity to following locations:

·         Tampa, FL

·         Orlando, FL

·         Baltimore, MD

·         Atlanta, GA

·         Waco, TX

·         Kansas City, MO

Requirements

Proficient in Echo360 (Turning Technologies) PointSolutions (TurningPoint) software, Remote Poll software, and PointSolutions Polling Application and popular features such as Count Down Timers, Speed Scoring, Correct/Incorrect Answer Designation, and Saving Sessions.

Proficient in Microsoft Office PowerPoint including Presenter View, Animations, and all other features.

Physically able to set up receivers in session rooms, including running cable, testing, and breaking down equipment after the event.

Able to provide reports to customer as requested during the event.

Able to clearly and accurately communicate with customer appointed representative to gather information regarding changes to onsite polling needs, such as but not limited to changing voting items, amendments and new voting items established by concurrent client committee meetings onsite.

Provide/utilize laptop to facilitate the meetings with full installations of required PointSolutions, Adobe, and Microsoft Office products as according to the technical specifications listed for PointSolutions software, as well as any machine specific adapters and connections.

Able and comfortable explaining usage of keypads to large groups, including the Count Down Timer, How to Enter a Vote, How to Change a Vote.

Able to work effectively in collaboration with onsite AV teams provided by the customer.

Able to travel to/from the event venue by reasonable method (eg Flight, Train, Car).  Travel will be paid by company or customer.

 COMPENSATION:

$400 – 650/day + $95 per diem/day.  Travel expenses (if required) paid by company.
