Workers Compensation Attorney Position available - Fully Remote Opportunity in Illinois

We are seeking a skilled and business-minded Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney to join our team.

Position Overview:

As a Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney, you will play a crucial role in expanding our firm's practice and contributing to its overall growth. We are looking for a self-starter capable of managing a full caseload remotely while fostering client relationships and pursuing business development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Case Management: Lead and manage a diverse range of workers' compensation defense cases from inception through resolution.

Strategic Collaboration: Develop and implement effective case strategies in collaboration with clients and team members, ensuring alignment with clients' goals and expectations.

Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of legislative changes, judicial rulings, and industry trends affecting workers' compensation to provide informed advice and strategic direction.

Client Representation: Represent the firm and clients in hearings, mediations, and other dispute resolution proceedings, demonstrating exceptional advocacy skills.

Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Bar Admission: Must be barred in the State of Illinois.

Experience: At least three (3) years of experience in workers' compensation defense.
