Responsibilities:
Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a Mobile Facilities Maintenance Technician A to help with repairs and racking maintenance throughout the region based out of the Stockton, CA facility. This position requires the ability to travel 100% Monday-Friday across multiple sites throughout our region.
Shift: Full-Time l Monday-Friday-Must have flexible schedule/Available for weekend work as needed
Pay: $35.00/HR

Position Responsibilities:
Perform routine building maintenance tasks and repairs, and assist with inspections and tours of the facilities
Maintain interior and exterior property by painting and remodeling, building, installing, and assembling furniture
Monitor and maintain detailed records of activities, amenities, and modifications
Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks
Communicate daily with the Maintenance Manager and team regarding repairs, faulty operations, defective materials or parts, and incident reports when necessary
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 3 plus years of related experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
Technical School Certification
