Are You Qualified?

Whether or not you have experience working in schools, you may be qualified to work with us. The most important quality is that you love working with children.  Some of our best educators have come from other fields, including customer service, healthcare, retail, and more!

If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:

Requirements:

Ability to work during the hours of operation Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 6 PM, work schedule is based on business needs

Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalent

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

45 hours of Child Growth and Development

45 hours in Infant and Toddler Curriculum

Minimum of one year of experience working with infants in a licensed childcare facility

or 30 college credits

Demonstrated knowledge of various stages of social, emotional and intellectual development

Commitment to ongoing professional development

Physical ability to stand, bend, squat, jump, dance, walk, run, reach carry, lift 50 lbs.

Associates or bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Development or related field (preferred)

Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.  

The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
