We are looking for a Procurement Associate to assist in managing and coordinating the purchasing process for the business unit. In this role, you will track and monitor procurement tasks, communicate with vendors, and ensure efficient handling of procurement documentation and processes. The Procurement Associate will assist with logistics coordination, tracking shipment deliveries, and maintaining accurate records. This position offers opportunities for growth and development within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As a Procurement Associate, you will contribute to our team's efficiency by:
Monitoring and recording procurement activities: Keeping accurate records of orders, contracts, and supplier communication.
Report preparation: Preparing reports on procurement metrics, PO submissions, supplier performance, and spending for management review.
Vendor communication: Engaging with vendors for status updates, confirmations, and tracking shipping documentation.
Logistics support: Assisting in coordinating logistics, including tracking shipments and monitoring delivery dates.
Process compliance: Ensuring all procurement activities comply with organizational policies and procedures.
Cost-saving opportunities: Identifying procurement expenditure opportunities and recommending process improvements for cost savings.
Documentation management: Maintaining documentation, including confirmations, packing slips, and shipping documents in procurement software and systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, including administrative, customer service, or financial analysis roles.
Experience in P2P (Procure to Pay) Process, Inventory Management, Vendor Management, and Logistics preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with procurement software systems.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task and work both independently and as part of a team.
Pay Range:
USD $26.00 - USD $26.00 /Hr.
