Situated next door to each other on 44th Street in the heart of midtown Manhattan, Millennium Premier and Millennium Times Square both offer desirable locations steps from the excitement of Times Square, Broadway, Radio City Music Hall, and Rockefeller Center. Millennium Premier, a Four-Star boutique-style hotel, features 124 well appointed rooms and a private lounge exclusively for guests. Millennium Times Square, an affiliate of Hilton Hotels, features 626 spacious guest rooms and suites, some with views of Times Square, 52,000-sq.-ft. of function space, and a newly-opened Bugis Street Brasserie and Bar serving authentic Pan Asian cuisine.

You will learn about the hospitality industry while working in a fun and fast - paced environment. Submit your resume today for consideration! Responsibilities:

Guest Service: Assisting with check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest inquiries, and providing information about the facility and local area.

Administrative Tasks: Handling reservations, managing booking systems, and performing general office duties like filing and data entry.

Event Coordination: Helping with the planning and execution of events, such as meetings, weddings, or conferences, which can include setting up spaces and coordinating with vendors.

Housekeeping Support: Assisting with the maintenance and cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas, ensuring that high standards are maintained.

Food and Beverage Service: Supporting restaurant or bar operations, including taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.

Customer Feedback: Collecting and relaying guest feedback to help improve services and address any issues promptly.

Marketing and Promotion: Assisting with social media updates, creating promotional materials, or conducting market research to help boost the establishment's visibility.

Team Support: Collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth operations and providing support wherever needed.

Salary $16.00 per hour
