Job Description

As the General Maintenance Lead, you will: 

Visually inspect, operate, and maintain guestrooms, common area and associated mechanical equipment systems throughout the campus.

Utilize knowledge of building mechanical systems such as, but not limited to, water distribution, fire detection, air conditioning, swimming pools is required.

Interpretation of blue prints and technical manuals along with knowledge in the use of various tools and equipment is encouraged.

Perform various maintenance assignments and quality inspections, while adhering to manufacturer's guidelines and recommendations for preventative maintenance of all related equipment, is necessary.

Educate company policies to workers and enforce safety regulations.

Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase the efficiency of projects completed.

Initiate or suggests plans to positively motivate workers to achieve work goals.
