We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Tacoma, Washington. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our employees and their families.Responsibilities:

- Conducting comprehensive physical assessments and medical history reviews

- Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses

- Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for patients

- Educating and counseling patients on health promotion and disease prevention

- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests

- Prescribing medications and other treatments as appropriate

- Documenting all patient encounters accurately and thoroughlyRequirements:

- Current NP or PA license in the state of Washington

- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in primary care, internal medicine, or family practice

- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Commitment to providing compassionate and evidence-based care
