Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

SEN Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:

Help prepare learning materials and organize fun, engaging classroom activities.

Offer hands-on support, responding to the emotional and physical needs of pupils.

Nurture individual growth and encourage pupils to engage with the world around them.

Support classroom activities indoors and outdoors, adapting to each student’s unique needs.

Lead outdoor learning adventures and help keep the environment safe and exciting.

Assist teachers in delivering creative lessons while ensuring a clean, safe classroom.

What We're Looking For:

Experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant or in similar roles, especially with pupils with Autism (desirable).

A positive team player who loves sharing ideas and collaborating.

A passion for working with neurodiverse pupils, particularly those with Autism.

Previous experience with young people with learning disabilities or Autism is a plus.
