Classroom Assistance: Provide essential support to the class teacher, ensuring daily classroom operations run smoothly.
Flexibility: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, be adaptable to the changing needs of the school, assisting with various tasks as required.
Holistic Development: Support students' cognitive, social, emotional, behavioural, and physical development, as well as their spiritual well-being.
Team Collaboration: Contribute as part of a friendly, multi-disciplinary team.
What We’re Looking For In Our SEN Teaching Assistant:
Educational Qualifications: GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade 4 or above) or equivalent.
Safeguarding Knowledge: A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
SEN Experience: Previous experience with SEN students is highly desirable.
Transport: A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle or reliable transport for commuting to rural Attleborough, Norfolk.
