The Role of Quality Manager

* Implement and establish H&S policies and procedures to a high standard

* Ensure quality strategies and processes are met

* Monitor industry trends and integrate best practices

* Ensure compliance with the relevant regulations

* Perform regular internal audits and inspections

* Maintain ROSPA Gold award status and management systems

* Implement LEAN manufacturing techniques

* Develop risk management plans

* Lead, mentor and develop a team of Quality assurance and HSE professionals

* Guide and support on all compliance matters

The candidate for the Quality Manager role

* MUST be NEBOSH qualified

* Experience gained in a similar role, with demonstratable experience

* Essential to have experience of working with Quality tools such as 8D, FEMEA, Root Cause, Six Sigma and 5Y and ideally to have experience of SAP

* Knowledge of ISO 9001

* Strong IT skills with particular knowledge and experience in SAP, Sharepoint and Excel is advantageous

* Excellent communication skills with outstanding written ability skills, able to articulate well and communicate clearly

* Commercially aware and proactive, with a `can-do` attitude and sense of fun

The Package on offer for the Quality Manager

* Up to £47,000 basic

* Performance Profit Related Bonus (PPRP) - a discretionary bonus of around 8% of salary paid annually.

* 25 days AL

* Enhanced pension
